Dijon mustard is the smooth, wine-sharp French-style prepared mustard, less neon than yellow mustard, with a deeper, slightly spicy finish. In the Alchemy kitchen we use it in vinaigrettes, mayonnaise, ranch, Caesar dressing, barbecue marinades, and anywhere the card calls for Dijon specifically.
